Program Manager- Adult Rehab/ Supported Employment (IPS)

Is responsible for the supervision, planning, coordinating and facilitating of safe and inclusive activities in community settings, including client homes and SPBHS campus buildings. This is a full time position.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Supervision of Case Managers, Service Navigator, and Direct Service Professionals.
  • Managing budget, expenses, staff scheduling, service outcomes, billing expectations, and personnel issues within program.
  • Manage diverse funding streams including State of Alaska Grants, Federal Grants, Medicaid , and Medicare.
  • Coach and coordinate the teaching of skills necessary to support staff in providing services to clients.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience in human services, psychology, counseling, social work or related field.
  • Education and/or experience that demonstrates the ability to be creative, inclusive, and motivational with others.
  • Three years’ experience working with people experiencing mental illness.
  • Three years’ experience in completing tasks requiring attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Experience attaining project results, building relationships, solving problems, managing conflict, communicating effectively, and demonstrating outstanding customer service.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

  • Valid Alaska Driver’s License with clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass State background/fingerprint clearance.

Starting Salary Range: $57,000- $67,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
