Program Manager- Adult Rehab/ Supported Employment (IPS) Is responsible for the supervision, planning, coordinating and facilitating of safe and inclusive activities in community settings, including client homes and SPBHS campus buildings. This is a full time position. Duties include but are not limited to: Supervision of Case Managers, Service Navigator, and Direct Service Professionals. Managing budget, expenses, staff scheduling, service outcomes, billing expectations, and personnel issues within program. Manage diverse funding streams including State of Alaska Grants, Federal Grants, Medicaid , and Medicare. Direct Service Professional (DSP) - Adult Program (Full or Part Time) We are looking for Direct Service Professionals (DSPs) to provide services for our Adult (Journey’s) Program. Our DSPs work as part of the SPBHS service team and provide direct services/supports teaching social, emotional, and life skills to promote the wellness and community participation of our clients. The services are based on client-centered service plans that define the goals and interventions and are provided in the community and the SPBHS campus. Training is provided. We are looking for Direct Service Professionals (DSPs) to provide services for our Child & Family Services Team. Our DSPs work as part of the SPBHS service team and provide direct services/supports teaching social, emotional, and life skills to promote the wellness and community participation of our clients. Our clients range in ages five to 21 and we work closely with families.
Direct Service Professional is responsible for providing direct program services related to skill development, treatment, and care in home, school, and community based settings.
A Peer Support Person is someone with real life experience with disabilities, mental illness or substance abuse. To work with clients to help them develop identified life skills and accomplish goals outlined in a service plan.
