Receptionist/ Client Services Representative

This is Full time position Monday thru Friday including benefits at our front desk. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail oriented with the ability to multi task.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for monitoring the primary entrance to the Main Office, setting the stage for a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Greet clients and visitors, determine their needs, and direct them accordingly.
  • Answer telephone, handle, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Open and close clinic office as directed. Secure cabinets and doors after clinic hours.
  • Cancel appointments as needed by clinical staff absences, client cancellations, and no shows.
  • Clinical support projects as directed by Clinical Director.
  • Escort clients to Telehealth Room and assist to connect sessions.
  • Communicates with remote Nurse Practitioner to assist clients.
  • Maintain general cleanliness of waiting areas.

Salary Range: $17.27- $20.00

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to obtain a background clearance.
  • Must have good driving record.
  • Must have good communication skills, able to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and others that contact SPBHS, in person or over the phone.
  • Must be able to function independently with flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with clients, staff and support agencies.
  • Must be proficient using a computer (Outlook, Excel, Word), experience using standard office equipment.
  • Experience in completing tasks requiring attention to detail with adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Preferred, two years of experience working in a community mental health setting or medical setting, Familiar with electronic health record systems a plus.
